Accommodation
The conference will be hold in the VVF village of Claouey at Lège-Cap Ferret (between the Atlantic ocean and the Bay of Arcachon):
VVF Villages "Lège-Cap-Ferret" Avenue Edouard Branly 33950 Lège-Cap-Ferret, France
The registration fees will cover all expenses (including accommodation and meals). You can choose to share a bungalow (with 2 bedrooms) with a colleague or to have your own bungalow.
The bungalow will be available on Sunday 31st of May at 5pm.
Travel
From Bordeaux Airport and Bordeaux Train Station you have several options to reach the village:
1) We have booked a bus that will leave the airport at 8.30 pm on Sunday 31st of May
2)
Taxi should be VERY expensive. We advice you to consider this
option only if there is no more bus at your arrival time
In this case, the best choice is to share a taxi with other
participants.
- Car renting or Taxi: Airport (40 minuts) Train station (1 hour)
3) Public bus TransGironde 601 - Lege - Claouey stop (timetable): 1 hour from the airport (Merignac - La Grave stop) and 1 hour and a half from the train station (Gare Saint-Jean stop).
The "La Grave" bus stop is 2 kilometers walking from the airport (map at airport) the bus will stop on Sunday 31st of May afternoon at : 13:08, 18:08, and 19:08
you can take a taxi to drive you to this bus stop.
For the arrival, you should leave the bus at the "Claouey" bus stop (map at arrival)
